Who is the Data Controller of your data?
The Data Controller of your personal data collected through the website www.businessorru.it is Orrù Marketing Consulting Srl, with registered office in Via dell’Ospedaletto Giustiniani 14, Rome, VAT 15776541003 (hereinafter also referred to as the “Data Controller”).  

Why do we process your data and when do we collect it?

Data relating to the purchase of the course: the data will be stored for 10 years from the moment of registration (art. 2220 Civil Code).
Data relating to the marketing service: the email you provide us with to send you marketing communications is stored for 36 months from the date of your last interaction with us. 

Where is your data?
Your personal data is also transferred outside the European Union because we use an online platform created by Etison LLC, a US company that has implemented software called ClickFunnels and which we use to create our website. In addition, your data is transferred to countries outside the European Union through the installation of cookies (for more information about cookies please read our cookie policy). The transfer of this data is in accordance with the privacy policy (adherence of partners to Privacy Shield agreements). 

Who has access to your data?

If we discover that we have personally collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
